Our mission is to preserve, enhance and present the historical, traditional and contemporary forms of American dance. Allow and provide all people, regardless of ethnicity, cultural, educational, political, ideological or economic background, the opportunity to receive superior dance education and training in a culturally diverse atmosphere. Provide educational resources to assist the general public, and its various communities, to enhance its understanding of dance as an art form, and to recognize, celebrate, appreciate and honor the contributions that ethnic or cultural minorities have made to the art of dance.
